If you would like to join ROBINSON'S REWARDS, you can do so by clicking the gold star at the bottom of your screen.

Once you are a member, please make sure you are logged in using the correct email address every time you place an order.

Your points can be redeemed against any shopping, in-store or online, excluding end of line and SALE items.

Minimum spend applies.

Points can be redeemed in denominations of 100, where 100 points = £1 spend.

If you are shopping in-store, please request to use your points against a qualifying spend at the checkout.

If you are shopping online, you will be able to view your eligible points vouchers by clicking the gold star at the bottom of your screen.

Click on the voucher you would like to use, then click redeem. You will see a code, which can be used at the checkout to redeem the REWARD.

If you have received an email containing a complimentary hot drink voucher, then this can be redeemed at Forty Five, our courtyard café on the second floor.

Complimentary hot drinks will expire, and are subject to café opening hours.
