There is, of course, only one Father Christmas. The one in our photographs is the one you will see at the event,

Adults do not need to pay for this event. A maximum of 2 adults are permitted per paying child ticket.

There is not an infant ticket. Any child wishing to see Father Christmas will receive a gift which is suitable from birth. Ticket prices are equal for all ages.

Ticket holders are advised to arrive 5 minutes prior to their slot time.

The event is outdoors at the rear or Robinson's. The event entrance is accessible from the rear of the store, on St Michael's Lane.

Yes. there will be pushchair parking. Pushchairs cannot come into the grotto
